Five Stages, One Team
Every project moves through the same disciplined sequence — from first site visit to final handover — with one point of contact throughout.
Discovery & Site Survey
We measure, photograph, and assess the existing structure, then sit down to understand how you actually want to live in the space — and what you're comfortable investing.
Concept & Schematic Design
Initial layouts, mood direction, and a rough budget range are drafted and reviewed together until the concept feels right.
Design Development & Permitting
Drawings are finalized, materials selected, and permit applications filed with your local building authority.
Construction Documentation
Full trade drawings, fixture schedules, and a locked construction budget are issued to our build crew.
Build & Handover
Our in-house crew executes the drawings with weekly walkthroughs, ending in a final punch-list and handover.
